  • PMO + analytics on SteerCo cadence with one milestone, risk, and spend thread for execs and delivery teams.
  • Inventory & deadstock monitoring (PM): Full analytics program: inventory value, deadstock trends and forecasting, category views, pipelines, datamarts, and Power BI delivery with SIT/UAT and reconciliation. Architecture spanning SAP HANA MM/PM through replication into Azure, orchestration, Microsoft Fabric/OneLake, and governed semantic models.
  • Demand planning (PM): Demand planning module: statistical forecasting with comparison across multiple models, governed consensus workflow across planning, sales, and marketing, and integration into MRP for material requirements, capacity checks, and production/purchase signals (replacing fragmented spreadsheet planning).
